ACTIVITY PACKAGE 1 – Introduction of Disaster Safe School Frameworks

This package is intended for schools that have never done or received intervention from any party to implement Disaster Safe Schools. In addition, it is also intended for schools that want to gain knowledge about the concept of disaster risk reduction in schools, but are not ready or have not planned to implement further disaster risk reduction activities.
This Activity Package 1 is the most basic activity package, in the form of Introduction to the Disaster Safe School Framework, which is conducted in the form of a Workshop

Investation: Rp 3,500,000.- for 1 Day (4Hrs) - with 20 participants
Benefit: guidebooks, participation certificates, theories and knowledge from experienced speakers, presentation material.


ACTIVITY PACKAGE 2 – Initial Needs Assessment

Activity Package 2 is intended for schools that have at least prior knowledge about disaster risk reduction in schools, and wish to implement disaster risk reduction efforts in their school environment.
The activities in this Package are focused on seeing and analyzing the current condition of schools and the ability of schools to deal with disasters. The results of this assessment and study will later be used to design contextual and comprehensive disaster risk reduction activities, according to school conditions.

Investation: Rp 5,900,000.- for 2 Days (8Hrs) - with 20 participants
Benefit: Theory and Practice of Disaster Risk Assessment from experienced facilitators, School Disaster Risk Profile Documents, guidebooks, presentation material.

ACTIVITY PACKAGE 3 – School Emergency Planning

Activity Package 3 is intended for schools that have implemented and have the results of a safe school assessment and disaster risk assessment, but do not yet have an emergency plan.
This activity package is also intended for schools wanting to update an existing emergency plan.

Investation: Rp 9,900,000.- for 3 Days (13Hrs) - with 20 participants
Benefit: School Emergency Planning documents, Theory and Practice of Preparing School Emergency Plans from experienced facilitators, simulation practices, evacuation maps, manuals, presentation materials.
