"My experience with Lingkar has been a very useful and knowledgable experience. The staff of Lingkar who works in this project is very patient and very understanding of our school. They also try their best to make the students be engaged as much as possible by asking them questions and getting them to directly demonstrate the things being taught. "Children with disabilities are the most vulnerable group in the event of a disaster. The attention that has been facilitated by various parties for this group in the SLB Foundation for the Blind Welfare Islamic Foundation needs to be updated regularly to ensure optimal efforts of schools and relevant parties in providing protection to students both before, during and after disaster events. The Disaster Preparedness School Project has helped the children at our school to learn more about disaster preparedness and the project itself is aimed at increasing our school capacity in disaster risk reduction efforts. Our expeirence with Lingkar has been invaluable."
